The Long Family

I’d say about 58% of my families with young children end their session feeling like it was a disaster! Every. Single. Time…I tell them not to worry. They don’t see what I see unfolding through the lens. These are the sessions of children not wanting to stay still, only wanting to be held by one parent, refusing to leave the bow in their hair, eating grass, needing their diaper changed multiple times, having a meltdown, insisting on having a mouth full of goldfish…I can go on and on. But, this is reality. It is authentic and beautiful. It is what gives emotion and personality to these images. It is what makes my heart full. Long family…I hope you love these images just as much as I do.
